如何使用 Stable Diffusion生產高質量的圖像?
1. 選擇參考圖像
首先從Google或其他來源尋找一張合適的圖像，例如正在烹調的男人，你可以複製或儲存於電腦內，這些圖像將作為的生成的來源參考文本。
2. 利用MiniGPT-4進行圖像描述
為避免描述上出現落差，你的參考圖像需要轉換成文字描述，才可以在後續圖像生成步驟中創造出有意義的人工圖像。你可以前往Hugging Face Spaces AI (https://huggingface.co/spaces/Vision-CAIR/minigpt4 )，並選擇模型 MiniGPT-4轉換文字。首先你需要把參考圖片上載至Spaces AI平台，圖片進行演算後，你可以在模型介面中要求取得圖片描述文本。

3. 使用ChatGPT以獲取圖像生成提示(prompt)及建議
圖像文本生成後，你可以進一步增強和改進文本的描述質素。你需要前往GitHub平台https://gist.github.com/bluelovers/92dac6fe7dcbafd7b5ae0557e638e6ef 複製提示模板文本，以引導AI模型篩選出合適的關鍵字作為圖像提示文字。
複製後，你可以前往Vercel AI Playground https://sdk.vercel.ai/ 進行提示文字強化，該平台提供了免費的AI 模型，包括ChatGPT，方便你同時與多種A I模型進行互動。
你在介面中需要貼上整個提示模板文本以及圖像文字描述，並於ChatGPT和其他模型中請求有加強文本描述的提示和建議，例如重點提及圖像的某種特質，使最終的圖像生成質素能得以提升。
4. 使用Stable Diffusion完成你的個人化圖像！
